Settled on natural, delineated and spacious pitches in a wooded park of 7,6 ha, at the edge of the forest of La Coubre.

Holidays whenever you want

From 15th March to the end of October, come and enjoy your mobile-home.

Freedom

All the activities of the park are available : covered and warmed swimming-pool, paddling-pool, volleyball, petanque, ping-pong, trampoline, playground for children. In summer (July, August): everyday entertainment and sports activities for children and adults. Services: laundry, ice supply, bar, minimarket, take-away food (July, August).

Rent

You are the owner of your mobile residence, but a tenant as regards the plot : the annual rent for 2012 is based on 15,30 euros per m². The area of the plots goes from 145 to 200 m² (personal water and electricity meters : 0,12 €/kilowatt-hour, 3,20 € per cubic metre).
You are subjected to a few rules if you want to rent your mobile-home. The management of the campsite allows you to rent your mobile-home only when all its own mobile-homes are full.
The management of the campsite runs renting. You will be charged 35% all taxes included as a service (including third party attending, inventories and cleaning).
Tourist tax, 0,72 €/day from 1/06 to 30/09.
When your residence is delivered, we ensure its setting up for a set amount of 1600 €.
In addition, we sell new mobile-homes, any make.
